I receive several calls a day on my cell phone number and the voice mail is a recording that tells me to call this number to activate my Wachovia debit card. It is the same number that appears in my caller I.D. as well.

I an also on do not call list so why are they still calling my cell number and home number. I want themto stop when I see the number I just font answer my phone . If you call back they hang up. It keeps calling several times in a row thinking you will answer. I know this is an auto dial system

called my neighbor across the street from me,left a message on there answering machine looking for me and my location - weird. I don't even know my neighbors phone # acroos the street. How this Rick Jenko got this #, I have no idea.

Have recived multiple messages on my voicemail from this company. Finally decided I was sick of the calls and called the number back. Claimed there was a legal matter that I needed to take care of imediately. They refused to give me the information on the legal matter when I said they were nothing but scammers they asked why I called, I stated if there was really a suit against me I would have recieved papers about it. They told me that I was stupid. Some bad language was brought up. They hung up. I called back, informed them never to contact me again, as I had already reported other companies just like them. They began saying that they would F me up, and stating I was worthless and had a small Pussy. HAHA Stupid people amaze me. Once you mention that the police are involved they hang up and stop talking to you. DON'T fall for thier crap.

Spanish speaking person asking for money

This company/person called my cell phone several times in a mater of minutes. Then left two threatening messages. When I called the number back he claimed to be from a legal department stating that there was a law suit against me. He stated that I had taken out a payday loan and never paid it back. He also threatned to put a warrant for my arrest. I never heard of such company, and demanded for original documents of the law suit. He refused and said he did not have to supply the information again.
